In order to be free from the shackles of daily tension, from physical diseases, from the vicious circle of birth and death, we need to look for the root cause of these problems. The root lies in our mind. Any sorrow or happiness takes birth two times, first in the workshop of our mind and second when we face it. So the best way to take care of our bodies and mind is to take care of our thoughts, and to take care of our thoughts we need to meditate.
We are teaching Meditation from last 12 years. We teach diverse meditation techniques inspired by Yoga, from acclaimed masters and from our own experiences.
